Content Acceptable Use Policy

This policy explains which content is prohibited on OC Maker, how we review content, and what happens when rules are broken.

At a Glance

Do not generate sexual or NSFW content

Do not infringe copyright, trademark, or other rights
Violations can lead to content removal, credit forfeiture, suspension, or termination

Prohibited Content

You may not use OC Maker to generate, upload, or share any of the following content categories.

Sexual / NSFW Content

Explicit sexual imagery or nudity
Pornographic, fetish, or erotic roleplay content
Sexualized content involving minors or characters presented as minors

Violence / Gore

Graphic violence, torture, or gore
Content that glorifies or instructs violent harm
Depictions intended to intimidate, threaten, or terrorize

Hate / Harassment

Hate speech or content targeting protected groups
Harassment, bullying, or demeaning abuse
Extremist, terrorist, or dehumanizing content

Child Safety

Child sexual exploitation or abuse material
Grooming, solicitation, or exploitation of minors
Any unsafe or exploitative content involving children

Deepfakes / Impersonation

Fake images, videos, or audio presented as a real person
Impersonation of public figures, private individuals, or organizations
Deceptive edits intended to mislead, defame, or fraudulently represent someone

IP Infringement

Copyright-infringing or unauthorized derivative works
Trademark misuse or brand confusion
Requests to replicate protected characters, logos, or branded assets without permission

Enforcement

We may act immediately when we detect a violation or receive a credible report.

Block or remove the offending output
Deduct or zero out credits tied to abusive activity
Limit features or generation access
Suspend or terminate accounts for repeated or severe violations

Public Access

This AUP page is publicly available and can be viewed without signing in.

Reporting Channel and Response

Anyone can report suspected violations by emailing support@oc-maker.org or using the public Contact page. No login is required to submit a report.

Include the account email, page link, output ID, or screenshot when possible

We acknowledge the report and begin review

We aim to acknowledge reports within 2 business days and complete most reviews within 5 business days.

When a review is complete, we send the outcome by email where a reply address is available, subject to privacy and safety limitations.

Content Review

Reports are triaged by automated safety systems and escalated to human review when needed.

Automated checks screen prompts and outputs for obvious policy violations
Human reviewers assess escalated cases, severity, intent, and repeat behavior
Possible outcomes include no action, removal, warning, feature restriction, credit reset, suspension, or termination
We retain relevant moderation records for safety, appeals, and abuse prevention

If an appeal is submitted, we review the available evidence and send an update to the account email when the review is complete.

If you believe a removal or enforcement action was made in error, contact support@oc-maker.org and include the relevant account or request details.
