Subscriptions

OC Maker subscriptions are billed in recurring cycles. You may cancel renewal at any time from your account or payment provider. Cancellation stops future billing, but it does not automatically create a refund for the current billing period.

Monthly and yearly plans are charged in advance

Partial billing periods are not normally refunded

If a technical issue materially prevented access, we may review the charge case by case

One-Time Credit Packs

One-time credit packs are delivered instantly after payment. Because digital credits can be used right away, refunds are generally unavailable once credits have been delivered, consumed, or transferred to an account.

Unused packs may be reviewed for duplicate charge or failed delivery issues

Promotional or bonus credits are not refundable

Credits already spent cannot be restored through a refund

When We May Approve a Refund

Duplicate or accidental double charges

Verified payment processing errors

Confirmed failure to deliver credits or access due to our systems

Refunds required by applicable law

How to Request a Refund

Email support@oc-maker.org

Include your account email, transaction ID, date, and a short description of the issue

We aim to acknowledge requests within 2 business days

Eligible refunds are usually processed within 5 to 10 business days

Please contact us as soon as possible after the issue occurs. Late requests may be denied unless required by law.
